- We offer free next day delivery on all orders over £50, excluding VAT.If you order total is less than £50, there will be a charge of £8.95
- Orders placed before 5pm will usually be delivered the next working day (unless the website shows us out of stock or it is an unusual item such as furniture).
- No deliveries are made on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Occasionally we may need to use an approved courier company to deliver your goods. You will not be charged an additional cost for this service.
- In the case of unexpected situations due to extreme weather or traffic, we cannot guarantee a normal delivery service.

- We understand that sometimes things aren't quite right. We pride ourselves in our service and we will endeavour to makes things right. Please contact us as soon as you realise something is wrong as we only have 10 working days to return goods to the manufacturer.
Damaged or incorrectly received products
- Please notify us within 24 hours of noticing the damage or delivery fault. We will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible. Please make sure that the packaging on the product is still in a good condition where possible.
Changed your mind/ missing goods
- If the product isn't what you were expecting, then please contact us within 10 working days. Please make sure that the packaging on the product is still in saleable condition. There will be a 20% handaling charge applied when returning goods that are no longer required.
- If you have not recived an item wiith your delivery it must be reported 24 Hours of delivery.
Catering and Facilities Items
- Consumables such as tea, coffee, biscuits, bleach etc cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
- If you have ordered a bespoke item, such as print work or engraved goods, we cannot accept the return.
